The cosmetic dentist fits a mould from your teeth and sends it away to make a plastic teeth shield. At home you add gel to the teeth shield and wear it around the house (or outside if you prefer!) for a few hours a day. I noticed results immediately but for others a few weeks have to pass. Cosmetic Dentist Not Needed – Home Strips
I have tried a range of home whitening strips to boost the work that my cosmetic dentist did. Many of the products don’t seem to work unfortunately as they are not strong enough and the whole process can be very messy.You feel like you are saving money by not going to a cosmetic dentist where as actually you are likely to be throwing money down the drain and perhaps even damaging your teeth.
However, I have found one exception to this, and that is with a Procter and Gamble product named “Whitestrips”. These do give cosmetic dentistry a run for its money.

I tried Go Smile and it worked in a week my teeth were about 5 shades whiter. you can buy Go Smile at Sephora or Nemin's its a little pricy but its worth the money if you really want white teeth | |
